I am Veronika, but definitely call me “V”. I am a Self Love & Wellbeing Coach and I am here to show you, how nourishment over punishment helped me to discover who I truly am.
Due to my cervical scares early in my thirties, I have decided that something had to change.
Over the last 4 years, I’ve became more and more passionate about food, fitness, and wellbeing and how a bland of all three can help you heal and look after your mind, body and soul.
I didn’t have a helping hand to guide me out of the place where I was punishing my body to show me a way of nourishing myself and finding that self-acceptance, but I don’t want anyone to have to go through that alone, so that’s what I do now, I help people live happier, healthier lives by helping them nourish themselves through food, gentle exercise and wellbeing.
Movement is my medicine and I don’t focus my movement on weight loss, but how it’s making me feel mentally and physically. My online body balance and yoga classes are full of fun, strength and of course mindfulness too.
Nourishing your body with nutrient-rich food made me realise how powerful the food is when it comes to our overall wellbeing. My Live Cooking classes and recipes always focus on nourishment rather than punishment.
