Quark is a cross between cottage cheese and yoghurt. It’s a great source of calcium, protein, low in fat, high in B vitamins and to top it all of its gut-friendly. The flavour of this nutritious cheese may seem a bit plain, however, if you mix it with a variety of fruit, you will create a lovely snack. The best thing, it doesn’t cost a fortune.
