Blended Porridge Oats Morning Bowl

This is a bowl full of fibre, potassium, folic acid, omega 3. It takes literally a few minutes to prepare something so delicious and nutrient-rich. It will fill you up for majority of the morning.

Blended Porridge Oats Morning Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of blended oats
  • 1/2 a hand of cashew nuts (soaked in water - don't throw the water)
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1.5 cup of coconut milk (add more if it's too thick)
  • A few pieces of honeydew melon
  • Almonds
  • Orange & Spice @sweetfreedomuk
Method:     Method:
  1. In the pan, cook the blended oats in the coconut milk.

  2. Add to the pan, almond butter, coconut yoghurt, and more milk if required.

  3. Blend cashew nuts, a bit of water from cashew nuts and banana to create Cashew Puree.

  4. And top your porridge bowl with it, followed by honeydew, almonds and my favourite chocolate sweetener.
