As well as a Self Love and Wellbeing Coach, I am a Group Exercise Fitness Instructor qualified in Level 2 in Fitness Instructing (ETM), as well as Advanced Body Balance Instructor which is beautiful program by Les Mills and currently I am finishing my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training course which allows me to explore the power of our bodies even further. The most incredible thing is that this lovely training is accredited by Yoga Alliance International.

The yoga classes will be suitable for everyone, as I am a big believer that yoga is for everybody and every body, it’s mainly about your own self discovery. 

 

 

6 Week Beginners Yoga Course at Wasing Wellbeing

Starting your Yoga practice by getting the basics just right is a really effective way to layer up your understanding of the ancient and modern aspects of Yoga.

In this 6 week course, I will lead you through the steps to master the most common Yoga Asanas (postures), introduce you to Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation, as well as discuss some of the philosophical elements but mainly, you will discover what your body can truly do and how powerful it can be.

 

Friday Yoga Flow

 

As of September, I will be running face to face morning yoga classes in the beautiful setting of Westridge Studio in Highclere, Hampshire. 

 There will be two options of classes, one which will be for everyone who are starting with yoga and would like to explore its beauty and the other yoga class which will be more on an intermediate level.

 

Times and dates are being finalised, so keep an eye out on the schedule. 

Online Yoga Flow

 

As of September, I will also offer an online yoga flow suitable for all fitness levels. 

 

 

It will be 60 minutes of yoga flow, pranayama (breathing technique) and meditation.

 

If you prefer to practice yoga in a comfort of your own home then perhaps these classes may be suitable for you and besides, we always have so much fun.
