Brown Rice and Halloumi Veggie Buddha Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of brown rice
- 1 small broccoli
- 1/2 red cabbage
- 1 red pepper
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 chopped and fried halloumi
- 3 spring onions
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Cook the brown rice based on the instruction on the packaging. In meanwhile fry on olive oil chopped red cabbage, chopped red pepper, 1 small broccoli. Then add the soy sauce and a bit of salt and pepper.
Once the rice is ready mix it with all the fried veg. Then on the side grate the carrot and also start frying the chopped halloumi (do not use oil, otherwise it won’t be crispy).
Serve the rice mix with grated carrot, chopped spring onions, halloumi and sprinkle of sesame seeds.

- 1 hrnek hnede ryze
- 1 mensi brokolice
- 1/2 cerveneho zeli
- 1 cervena paprika
- 1 nastrouhane mrkve
- 1/2 nakrajeneho halloumi syra (oprazeny na panvicce bez oleje na sucho)
- 1 lzice sesamovych seminek
- 1 lzice sojove omacky
- spetka soli a pepre
- 1/2 lzice olivoveho oleje
Uvarte hnedou ryzi podle instrukci na obalu. Zatimco se ryze vari, na olivovem oleji oprazte nasekane cervene zeli, nakrajenou papriku, brokolici. Pridejte sojovou omacku, se spetkou soli a pepre.
Az je ryze uvarena, promichejte ryzi se zeleninou. Nastrouhejte mrkev a oprazte halloumi syr.
Servirujte zeleninovy mix s ryzi, po boku s nastrouhanou mrkvi a halloumi. Posypte Buddha misku sesamovymi seminky.
