Brussels Sprouts Baked Potatoes with Pomegranate

Ingredients:
- 200 g Brussels sprouts
- 8 potatoes (whatever you have in the fridge)
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 hand chopped almonds
- 100 g pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lentil sprouts
Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Halve the sprouts and chopped the potatoes into pieces.
Place it in a baking tray and add chilli flakes, salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for about 30 minutes, until they are golden brown.
Add the chopped almonds, and bake for further 10 minutes.
Then take the tray out the oven and stir in the pomegranate and lentil sprouts.
Drizzle the honey, soy sauce and 2 tbsp of olive oil over the everything and mix well together.
Ingredients:
- 200 g malych kapusticek
- 8 novych brambor (nebo jakekoliv, ktere najdete v lednicce)
- 1 lzicka suchych chilli
- 3 lzice olivoveho oleje
- sul & pepr
- 1/2 hrnecku nakrajenych mandli
- 100 g granatove jablicko
- 2 lzice medu
- 1 lzicka sojove omacky
- 1 lzice cockovych klicku (neni nutne)
Predehrejte si troubu na 200°C (fan 180°C).
Rozkrajejte kapusticky na pulky a pridejte nakrajene brambory.
Vsechno dejte do plechu na peceni, pridejte chilli, sul, pepr a pridejte trosku oliveho oleje.
Vsechno promichejte and pecte 30 minut az jsou kapusticky a brambory upecene do zlatova/hneda.
Po 30 minutach, vyjmete pecici plech a pridejte nakrajene mandle a pecte dalsich 10 minut.
Po 10 minutach vyjmete pecici plech a pridejte cerstve granatove jablicko a cockove klicky.
Vytvorte marinadu z medu, sojove omacky a 2 lzice olivoveho oleje, pridejte marinadu do peciciho plechu a promichejte.
