I just love oats and this overnight oats recipe is just incredible. There are two different flavours which come from the banana and carrot and you may think that it’s a strange combination but actually it works really well. Also, did you know that carrot is a great nutrient for our skin health.
Carrot & Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of oats
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 cup of nut milk (I used coconut)
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 grated carrot
- 1 tbsp of linseed mix
- a handful of almonds
- fruit (I used fresh peach)
Put the oats into a tupperware
Then blend banana and milk together
Once it’s blended pour it into the oats
Add cinnamon, carrot and almonds
Stir it all to ensure that everything is covered in the banana and milk mix
Lastly, add fresh fruit and stir it one more time
Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy first thing in the morning

- 1/2 zraly banana
- 1 hrnek orechoveho mleka (ja pouzila kokosove)
- 1 lzicka skorice
- 1/2 nastrouhane mrkve
- 1 lzice lneneho seminka (ja pouzila rozmixovane)
- hrst cerstvych mandli
- ovoce (ja pouzila cerstvou broskev)
Dejte ovesne vlocky do plastove nebo sklenene misky
Pote rozmixujte banan a orechove mleko v mixeru
Nalijte mix na ovesne vlocky
Pridejte skorici a mrkev
Vsechno promichejte tak aby bylo vsechno pokryto bananovym mixem
Pak pridejte cerstve ovoce a promichejte dukladne jeste jednou
A nakonec nechejte v lednici pres noc a snidane na vas bude cekat rano
