Cauliflower and Banana Smoothie Bowl

If you are running out of ideas what to have for breakfast in the morning then why not try this quick and very tasty smoothie bowl. You may think that cauliflower and banana is a strange combination, but it’s so creamy and if you use ripe banana, the sweetness is just divine. Start your day with some of the 5-a-day. Breakfast doesn’t have to be boring, experiment with flavours and taste.

Cauliflower and Banana Smoothie Bowl

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 frozen florets of cauliflower
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter (@pipandnut)
Method:
  1. Blend all the ingredients and decorate with whatever you find at home.

  2. I have added my homemade granola fresh  strawberries and of course my favourite chocolate sweetener from SweetFreedom.
