Chocolate Puffed Quinoa Crispy Bites

- 200 g of Quinoa Puffs
- 200 g of dark 85% cocoa chocolate (you can use dairy/vegan chocolate if you wish)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp date nectar
- 1 tbsp almond butter (not necessary)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
Put the quinoa puffs and pumpkin seeds into the bowl. Then melt the chocolate and towards the end add: date nectar, coconut oil and almond butter – combine it all well.
Once the chocolate is ready pour it into the quinoa and pumpkin seeds. Combine it all. Put a baking paper into a dish and pour the mixture and spread evenly.
Put it to the fridge for 2 hours and chop when ready to serve.
