Hi I’m V.
For years I neglected my body. I did a lot of binge eating, I grappled with eating disorders and experimented with all sorts of utterly silly diets. My body confidence was at an all-time low.
The turning point came when my family members went through cancers and my cervical screening results started coming back abnormal. After going through several biopsies and treatments, I started educating myself and acknowledging how powerful and incredible food is when it comes to our overall wellbeing.
I decided to change my lifestyle and mindset around food and started to focus on nourishment over punishment. I started looking after myself and loving my body for everything it does for me.
I learned that we really are what we digest, and it certainly has a huge impact on our overall wellbeing.
And now I want to share what I’ve learned with you
If you’ve been doing the same, trying faddy diets and changing how you eat each month, there’s no judgement here, I’ve been there too.
In my cooking workshops which I host in my lovely kitchen in Newbury, Berkshire I can help you to start living and eating more healthily, without having to cut out food groups or the flavour and mainly live with Nourishment over the Punishment.
The end goal of my workshops is for you to feel more confident when it comes to food shopping and the choices out there. On the day I’ll to show you that you don’t need expensive ingredients to create some incredible food. And mainly, I want you to feel HAPPY AND HEALTHY IN YOURSELF.
I am not here to provide you with fancy meal plans and tell you what to eat. I am here to guide you and empower you to cook delicious and tasty food that will nourish, not punish your body.
