Rich works in the city by day and the fitness studio by night! He has over ten years of experience in local, regional, and global marketing roles for large companies and, having worked on some iconic household names throughout his career, is hugely passionate about building brands and winning marketing strategies.

After getting hooked on fitness classes a few years ago, Rich decided to train as an instructor and has developed another passion for creating memorable group exercise experiences. He teaches a range of fitness classes, all with the aim of encouraging people to work hard, have fun, and feel good about exercising together!

Rich teaches in gyms and health clubs and has recently developed an online group training program so people can get fit and feel great in the comfort of their own homes and in the company of others. Rich also dedicates his time to local theatre and helps run a successful charity which provides opportunities for local people to get involved in a full-scale musical theatre production. He has been known to tread the boards himself but has taken on backstage roles in more recent years!
