Frozen Banana Blueberries and Carrot Smoothie

- 1 frozen banana (best way to store bananas of they go brown, you stop food waste that way)
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 cup of blueberries (superb antioxidant
- 1 tbsp of linseed (source of omega 3)
- 1 tbsp of coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 piece of ginger
- coconut milk
Blend all the ingredients in your blender and just enjoy this morning kick smoothie.
- 1 zmrazeny banan (pokud mate zrale banany a nevite co s nimi, tak sup do mrazaku)
- 1\2 mrkve
- 1\2 hrnku boruvek (super antioxidant)
- 1 lzice lneneho seminka (super omega 3)
- 1 lzice kokosoveho jogurtu
- 1 lzice arasidoveho masla
- 1 kousek cerstveho zazvoru
- kokosove mleko
Vsechny suroviny rozmixujte v mixure a pak uz jen vychutneje vase ranni smoothie.
