Bananas are good in fibre and potassium. Studies say that bananas may help prevent asthma, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and digestive problems.

  • 3 cups of oats
  • 2 bananas (ripe ones are better)
  • 6 tbsp of honey
  • 6 tbsp of cashew nut or peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp of coconut oil and tiny bit for covering the tray
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°. Add the oats into a bigger bowl.

  2. Mash the bananas with a fork and add them to the pan with the honey, nut butter and coconut oil

  3. Cook the mix on the low heat until it’s all combined.

  4. Pour the mix into the oats and ensure that everything is combined.

  5. Wipe the baking tray with coconut oil and then add the oats mixture in. Ensure that it’s spread evenly.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Once it’s baked, ensure that it cools down completely before eating.
