Ingredients:

  • 200g of desiccated coconut
  • 4 egg whites (free-range eggs)
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla
  • a tiny bit of salt
  • dark chocolate for decoration (not necessary)
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven at 170° C. Whip the egg white with the tiny bit of salt, so they create snow mixture and get thick.

  2. Then add the coconut and vanilla.

  3. With a spoon create macaroons shape and place it in the baking tray with the baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes.

  4. Once it slightly cools down, dip them in the chocolate and let it fully cool down before serving.
