This homemade granola which literally takes 5 minutes to make is full of omega-3 and on the top of it all, it doesn’t contain any refined sugar which you most likely will find in granola purchased in the shops.
Healthy Homemade Granola in 5 Minutes

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup of almonds
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup of melon seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp date nectar
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (natural, no palm oil)
Fry all ingredients for 5 minutes and then rest for 15 minutes.
Ensure that you don’t stir the granola whilst it’s resting.
Once it’s all rested, then it’s ready for you to be served in the morning.
