- 160g oats
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter (natural, no palm oil)
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat the over to 180°C/160°C fan/350F/gas 4 and line a medium baking tray with baking paper. Mix the oats and cinnamon together in medium bowl and set aside.
Gently heat the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil together in a small pan, until it’s all completely melted. Pour it over the oats and combine well.
Tip the granola mixture onto the baking tray and spread evenly, pressing it firmly to help it stick together.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the oats is golden brown and slightly dry to the touch. Switch off the oven, leave the door ajar and let the granola sit in the cooling oven for another hour.
Remove from the oven and leave out for another hour to dry out completely.
Once it’s all cooled, break the oats into small clusters.
