As well as a Self Love Coach, I am a Group Exercise Fitness Instructor qualified in Level 2 in Fitness Instructing (ETM), as well as Advanced Body Balance Instructor which is beautiful program by Les Mills.
Currently, I am qualifying as a Yoga Teacher through my 200hr yoga teacher training course which allows me to explore the power of our bodies even further. The most incredible thing is that this lovely training is accredited by Yoga Alliance International.
