Join me for my Live Online Cooking Classes where we’ll get together to enjoy wonderful food as we delve into topics around nutrition, healthy living and cooking. I’ll share my favourite recipes with you and we’ll cook them together as I show you how nourishing your body can be easy, fun and full of incredible flavours.

 

 

All the recipes which we will be cooking in our live cooking classes are nutrient-rich, and mainly they are easily adaptable even for the meat lovers.

 

The end goal of my cooking classes is for you to feel more confident when it comes to food shopping and the choices out there.

 

 

On the day I’ll to show you that you don’t need expensive ingredients to create some incredible food. And mainly, I want you to feel HAPPY AND HEALTHY IN YOURSELF, as remember life is about Nourishment NOT Punishment.

Nourishing & Nutrient-Rich Recipes

Nourish Kitchen by V is a space offering a wide range of nutrient-rich recipes suitable for all dietary requirements. Studying my Nutrition Diploma in Culinary Medicine by Dale Pinnock, allows me to create recipes which are nourishing and delicious.

 

My recipes are not created from fancy ingredients, they are ordinary ingredients which you may find in your kitchen cupboards right now. I want to show you that cooking nourishing food is a lifestyle change which will take you and your health further.

 

And not to forget, I very much try to prevent food waste through my recipes and use as much of the  ingredients as possible. And for now, why don’t you try some of the creations to see for yourself
