If you have a sweet tooth and love bananas and chocolate, then this vegan banana bread is just for you. It’s super easy and doesn’t have to cost you fortune. Also, if you have too many ripe bananas then this is the best to use them up which means you are preventing food waste.

Ingredients:
- 3-4 medium ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
- 1/2 cup light coconut sugar
- 2 cups self-raising flour (gluten-free)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dairy free dark chocolate (optional)
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Put a baking paper into your loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, roughly mash the bananas. Add the coconut sugar, oil, nut milk, and whisk to incorporate.
Sift in the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, chopped dairy-free chocolate (if used) and use a wooden spoon to mix.
Transfer the batter to your prepared loaf pan, and top with some leftover banana slices (if available).
Bake for 45 minutes, the fork needs to come out clean when you inserted in the centre.
Allow cooling for 10-15 minutes before cutting into the slices.

- 3-4 zrale banany
- 1/4 hrnku kokosoveho oleje (rozpusteneho)
- 1/4 hrnku kokosoveho mleka (nebo jineho orechoveho mleka)
- 1/2 hrnku kokosoveho cukru
- 2 hrnky samokyprici mouky (bez lepku)
- 1 lzicka skorice
- 1 lzicka prasku do peciva
- 1/2 lzciky soli
- bez mlecna horka cokolada (neni treba)
Predehrejte troubu na 200°C. Vylozte plech na bochnik pecicim papirem.
Ve vetsi mise, rozmackejte banany. Pridejte kokosovy cukr, olej, mleko a vsechno promichejte.
Pres sitko presypejte mouku, pridejte prasek do peciva, sul, skorici, a nakrajenou cokoladu (pokud pouzijete), vsechno hezky vareckou promichejte.
Testo prelijte do plechu s pecicim papirem a pote muzete ozdobit bananem, ktery se zapece do testa.
Pecte po dobu 45 minut, vidlicka by mela byt cista pokud kontrolujete jestli je bananovy chleb dobre upecen. Nechte vychladnout 10-15 minut nez nakrajite.
