Beetroot & Frozen Banana, Pineapple Smoothie

This vegan smoothie is a great source of Vitamin C, Iron, Magnesium and Potassium. Smoothies are a great way to fit as much vegetable and fruit into your day. Start your day with this fresh and creamy smoothie which will fill you up ahead of a busy day.

Beetroot & Frozen Banana, Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 piece frozen pineapple
  • 1 medium beetroot
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 cup cashew milk (add more if required)
Method:
  1. Blend all the ingredients in the blender for approximately 3 minutes to ensure all the pieces are fully blended.

  2. And then just enjoy the creamy taste.
