Vegan Cauliflower and Banana Smoothie

This is a super quick smoothie which helps you to start your day with some of your 5-a-day. Cauliflower is naturally high in fiber and B-vitamins. It also helps a digestion and is a great combination with banana which is a great source of potassium, manganese, vitamin B6 and more of nutrient-rich goodies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 4-5 florets of frozen cauliflower
  • 4 squared pieces of honeydew melon
  • 1.5 cup of coconut milk (or any other nut milk)
  • 1 tsp of linseed
  • 1 tsp of almond butter
Method:
  1. Blend all ingredients together and here you are, your vegan smoothie is ready in a few minutes.
