Vegan Chocolate Porridge in Minutes

If you are a porridge lover then this chocolate porridge is a right recipe for you. It tastes divine, it’s so creamy and chocolatey and the best thing is, it’s full of fibre which provides our body with enough energy and therefore we won’t be hungry within a few hours. Oats are a great grain providing our body with so many benefits, why not try to make your own version of the yummy and filling porridge in the morning.

Vegan Chocolate Porridge in Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1.5 cups of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of natural chocolate sauce (SweetFreedom)
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter (Pip and Nut)
  • 1 tbsp of linseed mix
  • 1 tbsp of frozen berries
Method:
  1. Add the oats with milk into the pan and start stirring on a low heat

  2. Then add coconut oil and natural chocolate sauce

  3. Lastly add the peanut butter, linseed mix and frozen berries

  4. Cook on a low heat and stir it all, so the porridge becomes nice and thick

  5. Decorate with fresh fruit, nuts, peanut butter and more chocolate sauce
