Vegan Pomegranate & Cauliflower Smoothie Bowl

Oat milk is a good alternative to dairy milks. It’s very low in fat and lactose free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It can make your smoothie bowls and porridge very creamy. If you don’t fancy the nut milk, this may be a great option for you.

 

Vegan Pomegranate & Cauliflower Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 4 frozen cauliflower florets
  • ½ cup of frozen black forest fruit (I used the ones from Aldi)
  • fresh pomegranate
  • ⅓ oat milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sweetener from SweetFreedom
Method:
  1. Blend all ingredients and top it off with whatever you fancy. I have used my homemade granola and blondies from The Food Medic book.
